The entrance setup could use some clearer signage. wandering through the maze of corridors is a bit tedious. Coffee supplies in the room were underwhelming with limited milk and a single pillow per person, which I found lacking. The bar prices were steep, especially when compared to the quality of the drinks. A few minor cleanliness issues were encountered, like hairs in the bed and unclean spoons for coffee, which didn’t quite meet expectations.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and comfy, which was a nice surprise. The bed felt really good to sleep on and the bathroom had decent facilities. there was a little issue with the sink not draining properly, but they sorted that out super quick. a solid experience!
